Bionix® Multistation Wear Simulators
Compact Bionix Multistation Wear Simulators are used by orthopaedic researchers worldwide to conduct long-term wear, fatigue and durability tests of implantable spine, hip and knee devices and related materials.
 Combining the latest in MTS servohydraulic load frame technology, versatile FlexTest® controls and proven MTS application software, Bionix wear simulators accurately replicate the real world kinematic motions required to generate the high quality wear data necessary for pursuing orthopaedic device approval, production and continued development. These include extension/flexion, medial/lateral and internal/external rotation.
Equipped with multiple test stations, these simulators facilitate the simultaneous testing of several specimens to achieve statistically significant sampling and minimize testing time.
