• Complaints relating to MTS accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
• Other concerns will be referred to the appropriate member of the Board.
• You will receive a written acknowledgement upon receipt of your writtern complaint or concern if your name and address are on the letter.
• You can reports your concerns anonymously or confidentially; anonymous reports will not receive any feedback.
